Services are delivered via calls, workshops, documented deliverables (roadmaps, audits, SOPs), and implementation support. Each engagement has a written scope, timeline, and deliverables agreed before work begins.
Customers contact us via email to request a proposal. We confirm scope and pricing, then issue an invoice. Payments are accepted via bank transfer and/or card (where available).
