Refund Policy

General

Consulting services are typically delivered over time and involve reserved capacity. Refunds depend on the engagement type and what has already been delivered.

Project-based engagements

  • If you cancel before work begins, we will refund any prepaid amount, minus non-refundable third-party costs (if any were incurred with your approval).
  • If you cancel after work begins, refunds (if any) are prorated based on work completed and delivered up to the cancellation date.

Retainers

  • Retainers cover reserved time for the month. Unused time does not roll over unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • If you cancel a retainer mid-month, refunds (if any) are prorated based on the time already used in that billing period.
